IMS Limited Partnership, operating as Institutional Mortgage Servicing (“IMS”), an affiliate of IMC, is a fully operational commercial mortgage loan servicer that provides a full range of loan servicing and administrative functions to mortgage investors across Canada. IMS services more than 285 Canadian mortgages with total assets of $2.5 billion and is rated as a Commercial Primary Servicer by Fitch with a rating of CPS2-.
