The AMF is an open-ended fund that delivers a consistent and attractive income stream to investors, while controlling portfolio risk, by investing in a diversified portfolio of Core Canadian commercial mortgages.
Value-Add
Real Estate Debt Fund
Real Estate Debt Funds are closed-end funds that invest in a well-diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial mortgages, targeting returns in excess of 10%. The objective of the funds are to deliver a consistent and attractive income stream to investors, while controlling portfolio risk.
